UPDATE 11-03-13: Sadly, Venus is back at the shelter yet again. When will this sweet girl find her perfect forever home?? She has been bounced from home to home for the past 2 years. REMINDER: Please join us on the first Sunday of each month at Family Farm and Home from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. where we will have several of our pets that are available for adoption. Each month we will be bringing just a few of our many, many adorable pets who want nothing more than a new family to call their very own. ORIGINAL BIO: Venus arrived at the shelter in mid-March, xxxx. She was born in xxxx, and weighs around 60 pounds. She is a beautiful, sweet girl. Her owner said she is not good with small kids or other pets and that Venus would prefer a home with teens and adults who will shower her with love and attention! If you would like to meet one of our pets, please visit us during adoption hours: Wednesday from noon until 6:00; Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from noon until 4:00. The adoption fee for a neutered MALE dog or puppy is $125. The adoption fee for a spayed FEMALE dog or puppy is $150. We only accept cash or checks at this time (no credit or debit cards). Please note that we update petfinder once a week. That means some of the pets we have listed may have already been adopted. That also means we almost always have other pets available that are not listed on petfinder yet.
